Fairer Access to High-Demand Resources

To make high-demand resource booking more equitable (parking, private pods, lockers etc), especially for employees with early routines or family responsibilities, Kadence now lets you set a specific time each day when advance bookings open — rather than defaulting to midnight. For example, with a 7-day window and a 9:00 AM release time, users can book a resource for 7 days time starting at 9:00 AM today. This improves fairness, reduces frustration, and gives organizations more control over when bookings become available.

Starred Colleagues now on Android

Android users can now enjoy starring their favorite colleagues to get notified when they make a booking, or when they cancel. This will enable you to book nearby that day or reschedule coming into the office based on when your starred colleagues are there.

This improvement will ensure they always have a space for meetings or a spot for their ride when they need. Additionally, auto-release for parking automatically frees up unused spots, making parking more accessible for everyone, and a smoother experience when managing office resources.

Improved Reporting in Bookings

The updated bookings CSV export now indicates whether a booking is assigned or recurring, so you can instantly see where reservations come from — without messy spreadsheets or complex VLOOKUPs. Admins can now view at a glance where employees are checking in and out from — via the mobile app, web app or Kadence Agent. This eliminates manual data collection, making reporting effortless for managing bookings.

We’re making it easier to find the right people and stay on top of your bookings. By adding profile pictures in the admin directory, you’ll be able to instantly recognize team members—no more wasting time scrolling through similar names. Additionally, employees can now filter their bookings to easily separate desk bookings from room bookings. Less hassle and more clarity—helping your team stay organized and work smarter!
